Red White Blue

This file would look nice on a Memorial Day card or layout if you leave off the fuse on the round part.  Or you could use it on a card or scrapbook layout for the 4th of July.  I have not cut the file yet, if you do and have problems please let me know.  The file was made from the image below it was purchased  from digiscrapkits.com see the link to her site to the left.  All rules apply, feel free to resize but please do not reshare, send them here to download it.
